About & Latest

Internationally published author and award winning writer, Sam Buckerfield is passionate about storytelling.

Sam’s work crosses genre. He’s written for television, coauthored a nonfiction business book and is developing middle grade fiction and a screenplay.

Sam is also a dynamic speaker. He’s presented to a variety of audiences from large conferences to corporate executives and community writer groups nationally and internationally.

Born and raised in the UK, Sam is a keen traveller and adventurer. By the time he turned nineteen he had lived in three different countries. He loves to cook and hosts regular dinner parties, keen to try out a new recipe on his friends. In his more introverted moments, you’ll find Sam hiking, kayaking or in a cafe eating perfectly poached eggs. Oh and he frequents the cinema—his home from home.

Sam resides in Sydney and feels spoilt to call Australia home. If it weren’t for his pasty white skin and the sand he’d never leave the beach.
